Buyer gave me a negative feedback and claimed that item is not new. Item is 100% not worn before but it's a bit dirty as it has been left in storage for a couple of months. This was stated clearly in my listing. I even told the buyer to wash item before use. She could have backed out if she wasn't interested. Next time purchase aft reading the listing carefully. Don't blame it on me cos these details were clearly stated in my listing. Sellers/buyers, deal at your own risk.
