Buyer claimed that a romper sold by me was faulty and left negative feedback for me. Based on my previous good reviews, i always deliver item sold in good condition. I got this romper from a reseller and i wasnt aware that the zip is faulty. When i tried it, it's still ok. It wasnt fair for me to do a refund. Buyer reverted on Item 20 days after delivery. The zip was loose according to the buyer but it's still functioning. Have tried my best to google & provide buyer ways to tighten it.
Like I mentioned how could it not have problem with you but have problem on me as I'm also having the exact item from the same blogshop too. So you're saying it's my fault for not being in sg to try it on right after you have delivered? And you didn't even said it was from a re-seller if I knew it from the first I wouldn't even have purchase it! Item stated 'worn once lightly' then it's being dishonest already as you got it from a reseller!

Last minute update and no response when asked for confirmation of meet up.All I have read from her feedback is positive feedback as a buyer but none as a seller. 2 times for the meet up failed as she never turn up. she say she was busy.well,I m busy too but at least have the courtesy to msg back when asked.it wont take an hour to reply.
