(1) You requested a lower price for the book, and I agreed to reduce the price as you desired. I was surprised that you feel it should be sold for even less than $20 after the agreement. Your review was not fair to me because you had requested for the reduction of the price by yourself. (2) I made sure to provide you with sufficient photos of the book to showcase its quality. I find it difficult to understand why you expected it to be in "better condition" while you had checked in the trade.
