agreed on motherboard (Wade 8013 itx) + cpu (i7-3770k) + 2x 8gb. seller confirmed all working. then agreed on price. when meetup, only 1x 8gb. nevermind. spent 2 days troubleshooting motherboard (which was DOA). I have 20+ yrs experience playing with motherboards and CPUs. I'm confident motherboard was DOA.

This is the 2nd CPU i7 3770k I bought and like the 1st one its performance is like a new one that came out from the box. Overclocked and running @ 4.7GHz like the 1st one I bought without issue and pretty much stable after doing the an intensive cpu stress test. Thanks again!
