Engaged NYJ services on two separate occasions. They exceeded my expectations for both 1) aircon was not cold. I needed urgent repair. Boss of NYJ immediately arranged for checks the next day. They managed to detect an issue with the sensor 2) aircon leaked water. Boss got his men to settle the issue for me today itself Efficient, Reliable, Affordable, Knowledgeable. NYJ is a complete package!!

We like the cleaning and the boss is very accommodating. We forgot to bring keys to open the unit for cleaning and they have waited more than 20min with no complaints. Moreover, they are willing to go extra mile by helping us to get rid of few hooks that we are afraid to do ourselves because they may damage the walls. Overall five star services!!
