Firstly, underpaid postage. Secondly, slab was placed in the yellow bubble mailer & then in the white bubble mailer with no restraint, free to slide around. And the slab arrived cracked. Seller takes no responsibility & told me to request for compensation from Singpost, but without packing video because “idh”. Think twice before dealing unless u want a cracked slab.

Also blue tick me without any replies and told me you have a family emergency when you were about to deal, took a few days to get back to me. I offered to meetup so that this could be prevented, but sticked to mailing since it was your choice. On the underpaid mailing part it was my fault, i suppose to put 2 stamp.
