The box is Panasonic vacuum cleaner box but the item is Rowenta brand. I got double check with seller and he said is Panasonic brand. Get cheated by the seller. He block my number and cannot call nor SMS. I will report it to Carousell with all the evidence of conversation and item picture. Very unhappy . Please be careful when dealing with this seller.
