extremely dishonest seller. item was spoilt but she marketed it as in good condition. when I dropped her a note after realising it at home, she ignored me and deleted the item so that I could not leave a review. looking at her reviews nos, it seems like i am not the only one facing this issue.

Bought a Honeywell aircooler from seller. Seller described item as ‘as good as new’, selling cos moving house and took pictures of the front and sides of the item which appeared in good condition. Payment was made by paynow. On meetup at seller’s place, seller said was working from home and busy so opened the door and just passed me the item then went back in. On inspection item appeared dusty but in working condition. I returned home and inspected the item closely. It was extremely dusty, heavily used, and had not been maintained in years. I downloaded the owner’s manual to learn how to clean, and I vacuumed out plenty of dust, only to find that there was missing parts with the instruction ‘do not use, risk of electrical shock’. I also note that the internal rubber hose had shrunk so that it was not connected. As I turned it on, I realized it was leaking. I feedback all this to seller with pictures and video and asked for either a return or refund. The seller has refused to reply me a single message and changed username from specialoneandonly to noxtra. Complete waste of time and money. Thanks.
