Selling a damaged item when seller he himself know, trying to bluff thru by saying taking the item for servicing can be use again, posting written in working condition. Afterwhich highlighted the problem to him, and even snapshot to him about the problem, then he choose to ignore when knowing the hidden problem of the sold item. Very dishonest, irresponsible, untrustworthy seller.

Hi, just to clarify. I told you to send the reel for servicing as I have not used the reel in a long time not to fix any problems as there was no damage in the reel when I checked, even you didn't see any damage when you checked on the day you came to collect. Very frankly, your compliant is that inside the spool there is 2 line of scratch. Firstly the scratch doesn't affect anything. Second THERE WAS NO SCRATCH BEFORE. You tried to open it and you damaged it. Then expect a refund. Dishonest guy
