I reserved nd fully paid for a white dress, but our school later required a beige dress. I politely requested a refund before july 1 since hindi ko pa naman nakukuha or nagagamit yung dress. i was then told na no cancellation daw and may 200₱cancellation fee, but neither was stated in the rental policy before i paid. In the end, 100₱ was still deducted from mu refund. Please state policies clearly
