Buyer expressed interest and counter offered a price 29 Apr. I accepted the offered price, with terms on 30 Apr. He was ok with the arrangement that we will touch base to arrange for his pick up when I return on 7May. When followed up with him on the transaction, he did not answer up till now. Could he be busy? I don't know.
