Buyer asked for parcel to be sent. Parcel package has been prepared and awaiting to be sent off. However, buyer did not respond/read message despite several reminders. Quite disappointed.

Awful experience with this seller. Would have given 0 stars if the platform allowed. Purchased a dress almost a month ago, paid swiftly and even paid $2 for delivery but still haven’t received the dress. Was supposed to receive a $2 delivery fee refund for the delay but nothing. Requested a full refund but still haven’t gotten any reply from the seller. Really really atrocious communication.
