準時 爽快 good buyer
1. 出價之前壓價都算，Hold完俾佢先嚟問三問四，問到交收嗰日嘅早上都要繼續問，繼續要影相俾佢。佢既concept係明知人哋好人已經平放 ，都仲要壓價，但平得滯又驚係假🙂好人難做，就要瘋狂俾人質疑 2. 本身講咗邊啲交收時間OK，話唔得，跟住又突然間OK🙂，好似我嘅時間要圍住佢轉。 3. 請其他賣家喺交收前都唔好accept佢嘅出價，免得中途有變數。
