I am usually patient with sellers if they cannot ship the item immediately. Once I make an offer, it is final, and I am ready to pay. As you can see from the reviews of other sellers on my page, I am a decisive buyer. I made an offer without bargaining on her item as I respected her pricing, and she accepted the offer. I waited for more than 1 week, however, this seller was a flaker.
