Made an offer and fixed a meet-up but when the day came, buyer was not keen to meet. Buyer said cousin in hospital all of a sudden. I ended up proposing alternative to meet next week but after which there was no response at all. I don’t think this is not a genuine buyer, just taking u for a ride. Where possible best not make a deal with this buyer.
