During chating, the seller mandated no question shall be asked. On the day of the deal, the seller carefully packaged the wheelset, passed it to me then quickly ran off. It turns out the rear wheel isn't spinning at all. The wheel's bearings was completely glued. When I tried to reach out to the seller, he never replied.
