pleasant during discussion and gave good updates. but did not arrange help to collect 11 chairs. had to bring it down for her, load onto car in the pouring rain and had to find change as no exact change was prepared.
Your help is highly appreciated and I praised you in my review for that. Just to set the perspective right, the weather was unfortunately challenging with unexpected downpour and there was no carpark available at that time in the pick up location. It was challenging for one person to collect 11 chairs without any parking option. Hence I requested for your kind help. If you would have highlighted that you had concerns I would have found other options or collected on another day. Thanks anyways
