I hope next time you don’t offer the amount and let the seller accept it. Once the item is reserved for you, we are losing the chance to sell it to others. And you made me hope and wait for too long.. you could have just let the seller know if your bought already or you change your mind. So people are not expecting or having false hopes.

I appreciate that you accommodated my preferred timing to deal and that the item was wrapped nicely to make it convenient to carry. But there was a major defect (one of the corners is cracked and seems to be glued in an attempt to repair it) although it was advertised as new. And I couldn't get a refund although I volunteered to pay you $10 for your transport expenses and time if I can get a refund. The item might be new but you should have mentioned the defect in your listing.
