Terrible seller. I spent an entire hour on the train to his convenience, sent him reminders 40mins and 10mins before I arrive, but just as I reached, he tells me that he supposedly has a ‘family emergency’. Out of goodwill, I offer to meet at his block, since he told me his Sister is at home but can’t come to the MRT station as she has a baby, but he just calls off the deal. Nasty experience.
