Item was posted out over a long weekend and there was a delay in singpost's mail service. I urged the seller to wait two more working days to ensure that item gets delivered successfully but she claimed that it was already lost in mail and wanted a refund.

I hope the seller will check in two days. This Hari Raya and Labour day long weekend has indeed caused a delay in many posted items.
3 years ago (edited)There was no proof of posting with stamps. But you showed me a photo of white paper being sealed with scotch tape, instead of using a proper envelope. It had been 9 days and you asked me to wait till the 10th day. Is it possible for the delivery of a parcel to take such a long time? Even my mails arrived in 2 days’ time. I am asking you to refund half the amount of money paid but you refused. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will not buy anything from Carousel unless it’s meetup in future.
