She’s super sweet and replied on time and met me at a convenient time for me. The reason I’m giving her a neutral is because the item she sold me regrettably is in poor condition. This is fine however she failed to mention this fact. The jacket she sold me has rips and tears in it everywhere! I wish she told me so I could decide if I want it or not. She did send me lots of pictures of the item but none that reflected the damage!
