Unreliable individual - made an offer to which I promptly accepted and followed up to arrange payment & mailing details - I was left with no response. After several follow up messages, the individual asked how much even though he/she had previously made an offer (lower amount than what I listed but I accepted). Ridiculous and waste of time.
