Buyer agreed to meet at 12 PM. At 11:30 AM, she says she woke up late and asks to delay to 12:30 PM. At 12:30 PM, she says that she's backing out. Ignores all follow-up messages. Uncommunicative, unpleasant and irresponsible buyer. Of my 300+ transactions, this is the worst buyer I've ever dealt with.
