Buyer made offer on an item, asking to reserve until July when he returns from overseas. Offer accepted and item reserved. 28th June asked him if the deal would still be on, buyer said no, but then wanted to deal for another item. Held the negative feedback since he was getting another item. When asked about deal location and timing, buyer replied the next morning saying "Cancel...". Unreliable, untrustworthy buyer.
