After offer and confirmation, Buyer failed to reply for days even after prompting. In the end, Buyer replied with: "Sorry my mom says she won't buy it for me anymore because I didn't do well for my exams 😭 sorry" Solely on business and responsibilities point of view; deal at risk. Not recommended to deal with. Thanks.
