Not a pleasant experience, request exchange new one with faulty return, but we find out that the fan was being Misused (charging without proper steps) and then it was spoilt. We hope our Client Full Fund Return will satisfy your needs. Thanks for your purchase anyway.
Just to clarify your remarks on the misuse .When I received the stuff I charged it first as i believed that it is not fully charged. I can't remember how long but is within office hours ie less than 8 hours. After that I took out the battery cos using USB cable. It was working fine for about 2 wks or more. It then stop moving so I brought it back to you. u were busy so no explanation done on that day. dun think is the battery problem cos I never use the battery at any time after it was charge
