Unreasonable buyer. We are suppose to meet up, and last min you can’t make it. Agreed to do normal post before payment is made and you wanted to back out after payment and ask for refund. I am nice to offer you alternative for self collection or top up for registered mail but you rejected. Selling below cost, and he pay extra $2 for normal post and expect seller to give registered mail and expect seller to be responsible for lost mail by SingPost (if any) when upfront had inform is normal mail.
