Nurul was fast and efficient with her replies. She is very punctual and patient and speaks very good english. Her car is extremely neat and brought us everywhere that we needed to go. Even went out of her way to buy goreng pisang for us. Will definitely ask her to be our driver when our family visit batam again!

Nurul was fast via WhatsApp response prior our arrival in Batam. She was punctual, her car was clean and car booth was also cleared for our luggages too. She speaks good English and chatted with us, helped us with getting our breakfast and COFFEE ; ) along the way. She drives safe and is patience too. We enjoyed her service.
