SELLERS BEWARE! Low ball for my sofa, I agreed out of goodwill. He made offer and I accepted. He backed out after viewing telling me stain cannot be cleaned. WTH I posted all the close up in my ad. Wasted my time travelling down.
BUYERS BEWARE!! A property agent trying to sell his client’s furniture using photoshopped photos hiding the defects and insisting to offer and pay before viewing actual item. He was not happy when I rejected it after seeing actual item that he posted to cheat buyers was a real rundown couch that cannot be used. Now after I rejected it, he added more clear photos that can show defects and price reduced to 40% of what I offered. Ended up paying my transport guy who came to pick up in full.
