Unreasonable and not communicative. The photo posted on the ad was downloaded from the ikea website, whereas the real item was in extremely bed condition, the mattress was covered with yellow stains. Only after requesting her to shoot detailed photos I discover that, the same morning of the pick up. Very bad experience
唔合理。第一，個post有放兩張圖，第二張就係實物相。第二，係唔係有任何貨品問題，應該make offer前問清楚先做決定呢。第三，寫明梳化床7成新，床架床褥都完好無損，得個套一邊有潮濕嘅黃點點，電話都有提及，ikea買過個套都係幾百蚊，你都無拒絕交收，而家就將問題放大，咁講係唔公平嘅。第四，當日你司機得一個人上到來見到張床即刻話唔搬，我唔知你地之前點溝通，而我當時一知道亦有同你溝通但你無覆，而且我由頭到尾一直提及要兩三個人先搬到，亦係你自己無理到。請問 common sense 一張床連架幾個人搬先合理？🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ 日後有任何貨品問題，記得make offer前問清楚先做決定啦。仲有，多聽下人地嘅意見啦。
