I've made arrangement with Easy Parcel Qxpess dor collection but courier guy refused to pick up & insisted for label @ airwaybill to be printed out & paste on parcel instead of hand written. Seller went extra mile by making a special trip to Singpost to deliver item at her cost even though I've offered to pay for it. Really great seller. Highly Recommended.
