Will recommend MSC for direct contractor renovation work. Contacted them on Carousell and they came down to review the project and take measurements on the same day itself. We spent the next 3 days discussing and finalising small details and proceeded with the job. MSC did my full kitchen renovation - hacking, retile, full carpentry - almost to what most IDs can do. Beautiful end result.

Had a great experience with Mark & Spenser Contractors for my repair works. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t hard-sell unnecessary items and were upfront about what could actually be salvaged to save cost. Very rare nowadays. Work was neat and completed faster than expected.

Really glad I went with MS Contractors. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but wasn’t very sure how to execute it — they helped guide me through and made it happen nicely. I read the positive reviews for them on Carousell and decided to go with them to hack my existing floor tiles, level the floors and retile with a mix of parquet and marble. Was so close to getting an ID to do the work for me but I’m glad I met them - they provide the same level of coordination and design services that you would expect of ID firms but at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Mark & Spensers for any renovation work. We recently had them redo our kitchen, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. They kept to the timeline they promised, and the project manager was very responsive to our texts. It’s hard to find contractors who actually show up when they say they will, but these guys were professional throughout.

Got the team to hack our old tiles in the kitchen and lay new vinyl flooring — pleased with the result! They were polite, replied quickly, worked super fast without leaving a mess behind. We ended up spending slightly above our budget, but very much within reason because of the quality work. Would definitely recommend!

Had a leakage problem with my Toilet. Kalam and his partner was very responsive and was able to come within the day. Their charges are very reasonable too vs other providers. Very reliable. Will use again.

Was looking to redo my toilet after 10years. Reached out to a few contractors and very quickly settled on Mark and Spenser - quotes were very competitive and we agreed on the job within the day. Work commenced the day after and was completed faster than expected (in 5 days vs 2 weeks estimated). Job was done to my expectations, aesthetic and practical! Waterproofing and new epoxy grout done also
