Jay is a super knowledgeable trainer when it comes to building muscle and strength, not surprising as he used to be competitive dragon boater. What sets him apart from other trainers I have tried (before deciding to commit fully with him) is I could feel that he genuinely cared about transforming me for the better. I can now bench 80kg within 2 months and am no longer a bamboo pole. Thanks Jay :)

A very polite coach, explained everything to me very well and even told me what to eat to increase muscle. He also helped me whenever I had problems.
