Seller not responsive. Mover arrived to collect the item but said no one was there and had to wait a least 20mins. Item arrived at my place. Tried it out, washer worked fine but dryer was not working. There was no heat at all. Thought the setting was wrong, but after downloading and referring to the manual, still it couldn’t dry a few pieces of clothing in 3hrs. Seller not responding to messages.
