簡單d講，同呢個人交易都幾浪費時間。之前一直唔肯出價，到出完價約實曬又唔出現，電話唔聽訊息唔回。白等左半個鐘。跟住晏d又無啦啦打黎話過緊黎，約一個鐘後到，到左會打比我。最終足足兩個幾鐘後先真正見到人。雖然最後係交收到，但我就冇左半日。真心累。 建議同佢交易一係你大把時間可以同佢慢慢玩，唔係就最好叫佢過左數先。 Transaction was completed finally, but this buyer need to improve his time management.

講咗成個星期，出左offer話要又唔肯約時間。開頭話星期三，到星期三問幾點又唔覆。問咗幾次終於話星期六交收，但問極幾點邊到交，佢只會覆 I will tell u, 提咗佢再唔約實交收時間地點我就取消交易，等到星期五晚11點都唔覆。交易取消，呢個人無下次。各位小心。
