Purchased a product listed “in great condition!” Pictures were taken at perfect angles to make it appear new and hide the defects/broken parts. What I received was old and falling apart, and part of it had been damaged beyond repair. It was completely non-functional. Very rude in messages. No reviews in 4 years means she’s done this before, but people are scared to give negative feedback. Sure she will now leave a nasty review on my profile. People like this need to be blocked from Carousell.
