friendly seller but not time-sensitive. despite reconfirming timings so many times, still made to wait 10-15minutes. must have patience to wait for seller to respond to messages and turn up to deal.

Mia-ed. Totally waste of time & deeply Disappointing. 1st time dealing & the last too. Only realised she totally no time & failed to mail out the item even after weeks of Long waiting & follow up sent. Already accepted my offer but she cancelled this deal. This is 1 of the worst deal ever that I encountered as compare to all my previous deals with other Carousell users.
Mentioned earlier that cant mail out that week and don't post her stuff before I mail out mine, but this person keep asking everyday everyday. I sell the item but she asked for trade, I ok even wanna give it free and I don't need the pouch. That week I went to see doctor (juggling with kids and family by myself) but still unconsiderate and keep asking the bb cream. Ended up I send back her stuff with original unopened packaging at all. Insisted to send the bb cream and her stuff back as well.
Seller is friendly, nice n sweet lady....it was a very pleasant n smooth transaction, communication was good...appreciate de kind thots n gestures...tks again😊
