From the initial phone call to the final box being unloaded, the communication was top notch. The office staff kept me updated throughout the week, and the movers called when they were 15 minutes away. Knowing exactly what was happening at every step made the entire moving process incredibly easy and stress free.

transaction was not pleasant. movers were rude and unprofessional. things could have been coordinated better and less last minute. item was still delivered properly so i didn't give 1 star.

Sorry for the delay. Sometimes heavy traffic is common in sg. That y they late 30min. But as a professional mover our priority job is to wrap up and deliver your item without damage. Pardon us for the shag face as we are doing alot furniture delivery a day. This is human job , not robot. Definitely will wear our body out .
strongly advise to be extremely cautious when engaging with them. A police report has already been filed. We book 2 workers but they bought 4 people to our 80 sqm home, with two only arrived in the last mins but demanded extra payment. They poured dirty things out, cornered me to pay, hot steam all wooden floor despite I asked them to stop multiple times. Many things need to be fixed now.
Please do not use photoshop fake photos. This is a very childish act. You informed us that you want an extra man when the initial team arrives, so we arrange on the spot for you. Once they arrive and work halfway, you say you want to cancel. Are you trying to scam a local company or a free service? You are alone in the room, shift the cabinet and scratch the floor then you put the blame on us also? Household wet dry mop can switch steam and non steam. So don't nonsense. There is karma.
