Rachel is very responsive & came to my house for estimation the next day after i contacted her. She brought down the flooring samples & explain all in details whatever questions we had. Most important is her quote is very reasonable. The installer came on time & they are so good that they completed the whole house within a day ( I staying in 4 room flat).
