Transaction was smooth overall but seller refused to share block and unit details. Condo security did not allow me inside because of this. I asked seller to come to the main gate instead which was also not agreed with. After much hassle, helper was sent at the main gate. I too stay in condo and have been part of multiple buying/selling txns in the past but never faced such issue.
