Really terrible experience. Bought a vintage Burberry shirt for $35 and found that there a hole on the front. (As shown) Was given 2 options, $10 refund or full refund provided I mailed it back. I requested for a meet up as I could just drop by depending on their location and time but totally closed to that option. Told me to go to the tailor shop instead to get it fixed lol. Big joke. And yes, They are correct with their definition of with regards to partial refund however they did give a fully functionally shirt with a hole IN FRONT. So partial(half) is done in most cases considering I still have to take time to travel to the tailor shop and get it fixed. Really inconvenient.

Follow-up review

They did respond about a partial refund, I got $10 for a $35 shirt so that’s not a partial refund 😂 I think if a mistake is done on your part, it’s not right to trouble your customers over a mistake you’ve made especially when I offered to travel and not them. Hope they can be more open to solutions.
