Seller wanted a fast deal, and after I transferred the money, promised to post the bag within 2 days (mon/tues). After 5 days (on Friday), checked with her, and she canโt post it until coming Monday. I asked for a refund. She said no refunds. Nothing on her site said no refunds. Now she has my money, I donโt have my item, and she has been MIA since. Suspect sheโs using another account and email to do her transactions now. I lost $70. Carousell team is nice enough to let me put a bad review

Meetup was double confirmed but she did not bring exact change neither did she go change after realising. Instead, she promised she'll transfer by night and left me her number. Went MIA for a bit (ok fine, you were at work.. but it was already 10+ and you hadn't transferred yet). Finally, I got my money after 3 days. May not entirely be your fault but it was still an irresponsible act.
i transferred on the same night!!! just that i accidentally tapped "not immediate" on the type of transfer so i think it took longer :/ the money was already deducted from my account so .... sorry! my fault
