Buyer was told upfront that item was unsealed to check at TELCO. However, he rejected it (as it was open) when my elderly mom drove all the way to his location to pass him the item. Item had been opened by Telco provider at starhub to check all was in order. Buyer mentioned fake app was on the phone was phone was unused other than the set up by Starhub staff.

Bought the item, item was well packed, but the rechargeable battery was removed, had to buy a new set of rechargeable AAA batteries, once checked with new batteries. The ring tone was not functioning properly as well.
