10 days after purchased then started to complain the Bluetooth speaker plug in broken. Now changed to negative. I tried to offer searching repair places for her. Honestly, even if buying outside warranty won't cover this kind of damage. And she blamed me saying she paid enough for it. It was 100% function when face trade. I even free her extra phone case. Now I regretted and super disappointed. Never received good return when u give out extra! NO NEXT TIME
