Smooth deal at first. But the griller I bought is faulty. Even caused our electricity power to trip. My fault is I never asked for a video proof that the item is working before buying. Seller takes time to reply, sent me the useless warranty card as the card has a lot of missing information from her. And it is clearly stated non transferable and must have the original receipt. I demanded for a return and refund/exchange but seller is ignoring. Certified seller but she disappointed me.
