communicate a lot but in end cannot deal as he said the tank broke. he didn't want to provide mobile number for better arrangement.

This person after bidding low. Ask a lot of question which I answered. And shows a lot of hesistant. Not a steady buyer. Now that there no deal becomes sour grape and give me a star for a non existent deal. What a pathetic piece of character.
Buyer was decisive and punctual for the meet up on the transaction. 👍🏻
