Hi vintageths, sorry maybe we were not clear in our explanation. You need to raise a dispute with Carousell for us to cancel your order as your order was accepted before you wanted to cancel. It’s a system restriction. If you don’t do it after a period of time, the platform will auto mark as completed. As a vendor, we are not able to cancel on our back end. We will paynow you less the platform fee if you are not able to raise a dispute. Please check inbox thank you.

We take feedbacks seriously and if you have a photo of what the issue was, like any part unriped that we may have missed out, we will be able to replace it the next season for you as the msw season is now currently over. Our admin will dm you directly on this matter.
The pancakes are so-so, not worth the listed price. The durian is also not as describe on the live sales. Some parts of the durian flesh are dry and fibrous. Had to throw away at least 1/4. Not all seeds are small either. It’s quite a disappointment! Not trying to be rude but my dog loves good MSW durian but for this, he didn’t want to eat it as well.) don’t think I will be buying again.
