Updates would have been appreciated, I upheld my end of the business deal and sold you an item wherein I disclosed the possible issues, negotiated to a price where we both agreed, shipped the parcel on time with photos provided, and provided updates regarding tracking. Meanwhile, once the parcel arrived, it took you more than a week to provide an update as to why you weren’t able to get it, didn’t reply to chats, claimed that the name on the parcel was wrong even though YOU PROVIDED the details
