Low balled me and after I accepted his offer, he requested to wait 2 weeks for him to move to his new place. 3 weeks later gave an excuse and scuttled. My advise when dealing with this person is Best collect a deposit from this guy

I called you a low baller (which you are) after you scuttled. you didn't even have the basic courtesy to say you don't want the item anymore , so I could try my 2 other buyers. Basically anyone dealing with you should collect a deposit prior. Don't make offer if you haven't discuss important matters like expecting the seller to move a sofa onto a vehicle for you. Such entitlement.
2 years ago (edited)Not quite true is it! I offered, you accepted - no one forced you to. You then went ‘out of town’ for a few weeks and then further refused to facilitate me arranging a gogo van pick up. You made it impossible for me to complete the purchase! See my other feedback that proves what I’m really like!
