小心翼翼拎左返屋企，插入電腦用唔到，出I/O error，賣家以為我唔識set 有幫手睇，最後發現bad sector 攪唔掂拎左去代理換新，要等三四星期。尚可接受。

如果係壞我唔會賣，正如買家所講代理會換全新，我根本無需平賣，我何不去代理換全新未開封再賣會更好價，而且仍繼續有一年以上保養。 放賣前已有提供hdtune17小時 bad sector 檢查及smart 健康資料截圖都顯示為正常。 一般有代理保用我就不會有售後跟進，但最後我仍有售後協助包括remote teamviewer處理，唯事件不尋常，顯示的型號跟我所賣的有出入。最後亦提出數個解決方法：包括回收退款，前提要檢查非人為或物理損壞；陪同買家到代理檢查，非人為損壞可即場退款；或買家可自行去代理換新。唯買家起初以時間,地點為由一一拒絕。最後買家選擇自行處理。
